Journalist, executive editor, musician and film-maker, Davide Francesco Sada is born in Milan and now based in Brussels.

After graduating in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan with a thesis written in collaboration with photographer Oliviero Toscani, he starts to work as a junior editor for the music store of the mobile operator “3” Italy.

In the meantime, he signs a contract with Warner Chappell Music Italy for the debut album of the pop band “InVitro” called “Canzoni Egregie”, available on iTunes worldwide. He’s songwriter, lead singer and guitarist.

In 2006 he becomes the Executive Editor of Music and Entertainment on “3” Italy, the second digital store after iTunes. He invent and conduct the first Mobile-TV format completely dedicated to Music, called “Audiostrade”, hosting special guests like Ben Harper, David Gahan (Depeche Mode), Air, Paolo Nutini etc…

In 2008 he’s Guest Professor at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” for a two days seminar on music and digital entertainment.

In 2009 he starts to work for MTV Italy as web-journalist.

In 2010 he begins his collaboration with the provocative Italian magazine “Max” writing about art, literature lifestyle and design.

In 2011 the first experiment with cinema. He produces, writes and directs his first short-movie entitled “Orissa” with the talented belgian actress Violaine Weissmann.

“Orissa” will have his world premiere on October 9th 2011 during the Cyprus International Film Festival.

“Orissa” is selected by three international film festivals: Cyprus (CYiFF), Lucerne (LiFF) e New York (NYCiFF).
